They are looking for someone to lead and optimize its end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and effective cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations, preferably within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or distribution.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Exposure to international suppliers, importation, and customs clearance, including coordination with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Strong track record in cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
