Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing.
• Active, unrestricted Philippines Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
• Director level with at least 5 years of experience leading Healthcare Clinical Operations or Clinical Administrative Operations.
• Proven experience managing large teams and FTE populations.
• Demonstrated healthcare operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations align with U.S. health system protocols, safety standards, quality requirements, and compliance expectations.

Now Hiring: Director, Clinical and Administrative Operations

We are seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to direct high-performing clinical and administrative teams supporting U.S. healthcare operations.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across functions such as virtual safety companion services, credentialing, care coordination, scheduling, patient navigation, provider support, revenue cycle, and accounts receivable. You will partner closely with U.S. health system leaders, build and develop large teams, drive measurable process improvements, and ensure consistent quality, service, compliance, and patient-safety standards.

What you’ll do

• Active USRN license.
• Healthcare operations leadership experience in a shared services, BPO, global capability center (GCC), or similar environment.
• Direct experience supporting U.S. healthcare operations.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
