Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned Sales Division Leader to drive Broker, In-House and Sales Development across luxury residential projects.

You will set strategies, forecast demand, and push revenue growth while collaborating with Project Development, Marketing and Business Development teams. This onsite role requires 12–15 years of leadership experience in real estate sales, a track record with premium developments, and the ability to manage large, high-value projects

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of leadership experience in real estate sales, project development, or business development.
• Proven track record leading sales organizations for premium or luxury residential developments.
• Experience handling both horizontal and vertical residential projects.
• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Sales Division, including Broker Sales, In-House Sales, and Sales Development.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, absorption, and market share across luxury residential projects.
• Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Collaborate with Project Development, Marketing, and Business Development teams to optimize project performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, customer behavior, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish sales performance measures, operational standards, and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Strengthen broker networks and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to sales managers and their respective teams.
• Deliver regular sales performance reports, business forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
