Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently in the Philippines seeks an experienced logistics and supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end distribution and fulfillment for a large-scale consumer business. You will develop logistics strategies, optimize networks, and elevate customer service levels.

You will lead transportation, warehousing, inventory, and order fulfillment, manage third-party providers, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain leadership roles.
• Experience with complex consumer-driven supply chains; exposure to retail, manufacturing, technology, or related sectors is beneficial.

• Experience working with complex consumer-driven supply chains; exposure to retail, manufacturing, technology, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Proven track record in leading large teams, vendor management, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP, and other supply chain technologies.
