Qualifications

• 5–10 years in field operations deploying products into built environments.
• Experience building a project management system to handle hundreds of deployments/year.
• Experience with contractors, engineers and customers to deliver turnkey infrastructure.
• Bias toward getting into nitty-gritty to prevent delays.

Responsibilities

• Drive each active project to completion with clear status, risks, and blockers.
• Own relationships with engineering and contracting partners for reliable installation timelines.
• Flag delays early by coordinating permitting, interconnection, installation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with software team to speed up deployment through automation.
• Support financial product heads to keep project economics accurate through execution.
