Michael Page is recruiting for a senior operations leader at a growing financial services firm based in Pasay, Philippines. The role oversees investment management delivery operations across a business unit with a large client portfolio and a remote-enabled workforce.

You will drive delivery excellence, build client relationships, and lead the management team to enhance profitability, performance metrics, and technology-enabled improvements while working on a night shift in a hybrid setup.

• Lead investment management delivery operations across a business unit supporting a large portfolio of clients.
