JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting
• 5 of experience years of experience_before cycling as a Fund Accountant
• With 1 to 3 years of experience in Supervisory
• Amendable to work in a night shift schedule
• Amendable to MMORPG work in a Hybrid Set up

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the Fund Management / Fund Accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of fund activities.
• Oversee daily fund operations, including NAV calculation, cash and position reconciliation, trade settlements, and expense accruals.
• Manage team performance, including work allocation, coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with fund regulations, internal controls, audit requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor key KPIs and operational metrics, preparing management reports and recommendations.
