You will drive delivery excellence, build client relationships, and lead the management team to enhance profitability, performance metrics, and technology-enabled improvements while working on a night shift in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in investment vehicles and fund management operations.
• Extensive experience in a multinational investment management company.
• Proven client-facing leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment management delivery operations across a business unit supporting a large portfolio of clients.
• Oversee a large workforce primarily working on a remote setup.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a senior point of contact.
• Drive delivery excellence, accountability, and performance against operational metrics.
• Identify and implement technology-enabled solutions that improve operational outcomes.
• Develop business cases and address complex customer challenges.
• Strengthen leadership capability and decision-making across the management team.
• Assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Improve value-add service delivery and operational maturity across the function.
• Manage financial performance, including understanding profitability, billings, and P&L drivers.
