Valley View is seeking a Director of Internal Medicine & Wound Care in Glenwood Springs, CO. The role provides operational leadership across Internal Medicine practices and Wound Care services, with autonomy to drive improvements and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of three years practice management experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication, mediation and negotiation, independent decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Internal Medicine and Wound Care services.
• Lead clinic teams and develop staff.
• Partner with physicians to address operational needs and support growth.
• Manage patient access, scheduling, workflow and performance improvement.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting and resource planning.
• Drive quality, patient experience and service improvement.
• Implement organizational initiatives across Physician Operations.
• Identify issues and deliver practical solutions with accountability.
