Job summary

Pharmacare is seeking a Clinical Leader to deliver primary care services and guide facility operations in a community-focused setting. The physician will provide consultations, manage diseases, prescribe safely, and promote preventive care.

The role also oversees daily facility operations, mentors staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives quality improvements across clinical and administrative domains.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent with active PRC license.
• Accredited PhilHealth Care Professional / YAKAP/KONSULTA.
• Experience in Community Health or LGU-based practice preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses and ensure rational drug use.
• Promote preventive care and health education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper referrals.
• Lead facility operations, staff supervision, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with management and stakeholders for program implementation.
