Job summary

AIA Philippines Group is seeking a Senior Propositions Lead to design and implement customer-centric propositions for health, wealth, and protection products across the PH market.

Working with Product Management, Brand, and Distribution teams, you will translate insights into compelling offers, supervise a 4-member team, manage the budget, and ensure compliant risk controls while expanding distributor adoption and margins through innovative product design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5–10 years leading marketing functions in customer or product areas.
• Proven ability to deliver customer solutions from insights and engage distributors.

Responsibilities

• Customer segmentation and insights to identify and prioritize segments.
• Design and package propositions addressing target customer needs in collaboration with product teams.
• Develop launch and communication plans for propositions with Brand and Distribution.
• Leverage health assets to enable health proposition delivery.
• Develop wealth protection and long-term savings propositions.
• Develop VUL propositions with pricing/product teams.
• Define a high net worth proposition strategy with distribution and CX teams.
• Lead a team of 4 members, manage budgets and ensure risk controls.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
