Job summary
Customer.io in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Director, GTM Finance to own the go-to-market P&L end-to-end as the company scales from $100M+ ARR to $1B+ ARR. You'll build models from scratch, challenge assumptions, and lead a finance partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including AI-powered finance workflows as Customer.io grows.
This role blends strategic finance with hands-on leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in FP&A or strategic finance
- Deep GTM business-partnering experience across Sales/Marketing/Customer Success
- Experience with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV
- Concrete, demonstrated AI adoption in finance workflows
- Proven people leader with finance team management
- Strong Excel skills and planning/GTM systems familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the GTM P&L end-to-end across revenue, gross margin, and opex
- Drive unit economics and growth funnel model (CAC, LTV/CAC, payback)
- Own ARR roll-forward, bookings, and revenue forecasting
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on capacity, pricing, and deal economics
- Build the monthly/quarterly GTM reporting package for execs and Board
- Champion AI-enabled finance workflows and scale the GTM finance team
