Job summary

Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) is seeking an Associate Manager to partner with GTM, sales and leadership in transforming data into actionable insights that drive growth under the RingCentral account. The role emphasizes building predictive models and scalable analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and the ability to mentor analytics teams while delivering clear, business-focused insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python, R or Alteryx is preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Preferred: experience mentoring or leading analytics teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.
• Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.
