gsm - green sm is seeking a Director of Vehicle Management in the Philippines to oversee the complete vehicle lifecycle, ensuring fleet availability, safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. This leader will drive procurement, maintenance, asset utilization, and regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in fleet management with 5+ in senior leadership.
• Experience managing large fleets across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of Philippine vehicle regulations.
• Strong analytical and cost-control skills.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

• Develop and execute fleet strategy aligned with expansion plans.
• Plan acquisition, allocation, replacement, and disposal based on demand and financial targets.
• Optimize fleet size, availability and asset utilization across depots.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, inspections, and servicing schedules for reliability.
• Establish SLAs and quality controls for internal workshops and external providers.
• Monitor downtime, defects, repair turnaround times, and costs.
• Develop and manage the vehicle management budget (insurance, registration, etc.).
• Implement cost-control initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, registrations, and compliance with regulations.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, warranties with vendors and service providers.
• Lead and develop the vehicle management team and drive process improvements.
