Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in financial services, with 5+ years in a senior executive role.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change in financial services.
• Expertise in digital payments, lending, insurance, or FinTech product development.
• Experience optimizing operations, P&L, and cross-functional synergies.
• Strong regulatory navigation across BSP, SEC, and allied bodies during growth.
• Strategic vision paired with operational discipline and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead an executive team across Payments, Lending, Insurance, Strategy, Partnerships, and Operations in the Philippines; coach, mentor, and connect leaders.
• Own business targets, budget performance, and full P&L across all financial services verticals.
• Balance long-horizon strategy with day-to-day execution in a high-growth environment.
• Drive regulatory engagement and partnerships with government bodies and financial institutions.
• Champion Grab's mission and financial inclusion initiatives within the GFG PH team.
