You will lead a high‑performing Merchant Success team, collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering, and set benchmarks for engagement, support quality, and growth outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
• Experience managing enterprise merchants and driving retention and growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with top enterprise merchants.
• Act as primary escalation and decision partner for merchants.
• Drive expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead a high-performing Merchant Success team as a player-coach.
• Set benchmarks for merchant engagement, support quality, and growth outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Engineering to deliver merchant solutions.
• Represent merchant voice in internal forums and decision-making.
