Job summary

UnionBank of the Philippines (UBP) is seeking a Direct Sales Officer in Metro Manila to execute on-ground booth activations nationwide, promote bank products, and achieve sales targets while delivering strong customer experience.

You will manage booth activations at malls, events, corporate partners; promote products to expand customer base; complete trainings and stay updated on products; adhere to bank policies; represent the bank with a professional image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior sales experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Highly driven, target-oriented, with strong results focus.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Excellent verbal communication with strong numerical ability to present financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage UnionBank booth activations across malls, events, corporate partners, and affiliates to support sales initiatives.

• Ensure completion of all mandatory trainings and continuously update product and sales knowledge

• Strictly adhere to established bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements in all activities

• Represent the Bank professionally by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive brand image

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or any related field

• Prior sales experience in financial services (banking, telecommunications, insurance, or real estate) is an advantage

• Highly driven, confident, and target-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering results

• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently, while being an effective team player

• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong numerical ability to understand and present financial information
