Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Sales Coach to analyze and optimize direct sales performance within a BPO environment. The role emphasizes live coaching, workshops, and comprehensive performance audits to drive new customer acquisition across key industries.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in acquiring new customers, strong call center experience, and the ability to deliver targeted training and coaching sessions to improve conversion and revenue metrics.

Qualifications

Direct sales and new customer acquisition experience in a BPO/contact center is mandatory.
Experience in driving direct sales acquisition across Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, Home Services, or Consumer Services is required.
1-2 years in a contact center with sales coaching or performance management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage KPIs for revenue, direct sales, and SLAs.
Analyze conversion reports and sales data to identify root causes of underperformance in direct sales acquisition.
Conduct live call monitoring and deliver real-time coaching on closing techniques, objections, and pitch execution.
Develop strategies and training workshops to drive direct sales growth and client success metrics.
Mentor agents through ongoing coaching and incentive programs.
Participate in client meetings with deep knowledge of client products and campaigns.
