Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to approved recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain the cooking station before and during service.
• Ensure proper portioning, cooking time, presentation, and food quality.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for daily operations.
• Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned station.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other kitchen stations to ensure timely food preparation.
• Minimize food waste and properly store unused ingredients.
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Report equipment, supply, or food quality concerns to the Chef or Supervisor.
