Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality and highest cleanliness standards across the store.
• Manage inventory for monthly reporting, forecast supplies, and track sales data.
• Coordinate with General Services on equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
• Implement store safety and security procedures.
• Monitor staff attendance, hours, and overall performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to support store goals.
• Support profitability targets with the team and Area Manager.
