INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE in Newport City, Pasay City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Dining Manager. This full-time role leads all dining operations, from service flow and seating to guest satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to service quality standards.

You will supervise dining staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage reservations, and ensure food safety and hygiene throughout the dining area. A track record in hospitality management and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in dining or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and oversee dining operations.
• Strong knowledge of food service operations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily dining operations and guest seating arrangements.
• Lead, train and supervise dining staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and hygiene across the dining area.
• Manage reservations and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service and timely meals.
• Control costs related to staffing, inventory and waste while preserving quality.
• Create and implement policies to enhance guest experience and efficiency.
• Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations to maintain standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and company standards.
