• Assist in packaging takeout orders and coordinating with kitchen or serving staff for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and dining area.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare daily sales reports or reconciliations at shift end.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints courteously and professionally.
