Responsibilities

• Support country/cluster Digital Workspace Operations and deploy DDIT services.
• Be part of onsite services and service delivery for end user devices, workplace, network, and last mile.
• Support adoption of new end-user solutions and deployments.
• Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours.
• Ensure healthy workplace by following HSE and ISEC standards and training.
• Collaborate with HSE to maintain safe environment while upholding quality and ethics.
