Job summary

Willow is building the leading Operational AI platform for the built world. This role supports deployment of the Digital Twin platform by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality outcomes on live projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in MEP/building services coordination, strong BIM knowledge, and comfort with AI-enabled data processing to accelerate deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience coordinating cross-functional projects in MEP or building services.
• MEP engineering background with control and monitoring in built environments.
• Familiarity with HVAC, BMS, lighting, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT devices and networks.
• 3D modeling/BIM experience with Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad.

Responsibilities

• Help build and set up Digital Twins for clients by working directly on live deployment projects.
• Use knowledge of building systems to process and validate data.
• Work with 3D building models to understand layouts and support accurate Digital Twin creation, while analyzing large datasets to identify issues and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to set up and support system integrations.
• Use AI tools to speed up data processing, documentation, and problem-solving, while learning new tools.
• Keep Team Leader informed on progress, issues, risks and blockers daily.
• Engage with Product and Engineering to improve product capabilities and roadmap.
