Coberon Chronos is seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead enterprise AI deployments from discovery to production rollout. The role involves translating ambitious AI initiatives into concrete scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes, while spending time on-site with customers to ensure real value and adoption.
You will bridge customers, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Product, ensuring alignment on what is built, why it matters, and how it succeeds in production.
Our client is an enterprise AI platform that helps large organisations move from AI ambition to AI agents running reliably in production. Their technology allows enterprises to design, deploy, and operate AI agents that connect to core business systems and carry out real operational work end-to-end, rather than remaining at the pilot or proof-of-concept stage. Backed by leading international investors and growing quickly, they work hand-in-hand with enterprise customers as those organisations transform into AI-driven businesses.
Our client is looking for a Deployment Strategist — the person who makes AI deployments actually land.
You will lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, the Forward Deployed Engineering team, and Product, making sure everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.
This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end. You will spend time on-site with customers, working through real constraints, answering difficult questions, and making sure solutions deliver real value.
Enterprises are ready to use AI, but execution is the hard part. This role exists to bridge that gap — helping customers deploy AI agents that integrate with real systems, respect real constraints, and deliver measurable outcomes.
