You will lead cross-functional teams, identify risks, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders while ensuring customer-centric outcomes and adherence to regulatory requirements in the Philippine context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, delivering projects successfully in digital banking/financial services.
• Experience delivering projects with limited or incomplete tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Own digital banking projects from ideation to launch with strong ownership.
• Identify and address process gaps; drive continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks before they occur.
