Infinity 88 Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Head in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital transformation or technology leadership roles within ICT.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and realisation of benefits.
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud computing, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms in business contexts.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, organisational transformation, and stakeholder engagement at executive levels.
• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or Engineering; advanced qualifications or certifications in digital transformation or management consulting are advantageous.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of Infinity 88 Business Consultancy and our client requirements
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of digital transformation specialists, technologists, and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and digital solutions that address client challenges and create competitive advantages

What we're looking for
