AIA Hong Kong and Macau in Manila is seeking a CS Digital Platform Innovation and Transformation Lead to drive the digital enablement of Corporate Solutions. Lead the assessment and transformation of manual and legacy processes across Corporate Solutions, including but not limited to CS Sales, CS Operations, into technology-enabled and automated solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
Partner with CS Distribution Channels, CS Underwriting, Risk and Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other business units within the organization to build and review BRDs, define next steps, and identify the most appropriate systems or platforms to support Corporate Solutions’ end-to-end operational journey (LBAC).
Analyze current-state CS processes. Identify and implement process improvements that leverage technology across Corporate Solutions, with the objective of moving away from manual workarounds toward sustainable, system-driven efficiencies.
Own end-to-end business accountability for assigned CS digital and transformation projects by defining project objectives, scope, success criteria, and business outcomes. Serve as the primary business owner and decision authority while also acting as Product Owner by translating business requirements and operational requirements into prioritized backlogs, validating solutions, and supporting Agile delivery.
Ensure projects are aligned with Corporate Solutions priorities, approved governance standards, and enterprise architecture direction.
Oversee project governance, progress, and benefits realization: Monitor project progress against approved plans, milestones, and budgets; track delivery risks and interdependencies; and ensure expected operational and business benefits are realized post-implementation across Corporate Solutions, including Operations.
Work with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance existing systems and identify integration opportunities between CS platforms and other enterprise assets to improve end-to-end processing and data flow.
Perform regular reviews of system reports, dashboards, and extracts provided by Technology teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Engage and coordinate with CS leadership, Operations, Technology teams, and Group stakeholders, participating in steering committees and governance discussions to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decision-making.
Support change management and adoption activities by coordinating user engagement, training support, and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective rollout and sustained use of digital solutions across Corporate Solutions.
Mentor and support junior members of the CS Digital Transformation and Project Management team to promote consistent delivery standards, capability growth, and knowledge sharing.
Perform other related duties as assigned: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support Corporate Solutions operational and transformation objectives.
