Job summary

Infinity 88 Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Head in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This strategic leadership role oversees digital transformation initiatives across our organisation and client engagements, guiding a team of specialists to deliver measurable business improvements.

You will define the digital vision and roadmap, ensure successful delivery of programmes that boost operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in digital transformation or technology leadership roles within ICT.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and realisation of benefits.
• Strong understanding of AI, cloud computing, data analytics, automation, and digital platforms in business contexts.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, organisational transformation, and stakeholder engagement at executive levels.
• Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or Engineering; advanced qualifications or certifications in digital transformation or management consulting are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of digital transformation specialists and consultants.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies to address client challenges and create competitive advantages.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects for clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital priorities and secure resources.
• Establish governance frameworks, best practices, and methodologies for managing transformation programmes.
• Monitor industry trends and remain at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Build and strengthen relationships with technology partners, vendors, and ecosystem players.
• Communicate vision, progress, and results to executives and clients through reporting and presentations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure impact and success of transformation initiatives.
