Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Digital Talent Manager in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines to lead talent acquisition and strategic growth for our Digital Talent team within a fast-growing social commerce company. You will own resource allocation for livestream hosts, shoot talents, and affiliates, and shape long-term strategies across partnerships, content quality, and performance.

The role offers high visibility in SEA markets, with cross-functional impact on partnerships, production, and brand

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social commerce, brand partnerships, marketing, or business development.
• Experience managing a TikTok Shop, brand partnerships, or e-commerce activations.
• Understanding of social commerce mechanics — livestream conversions, short-form content impact, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to create reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Experience in budget allocation for digital marketing, influencer partnerships, or social media advertising.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proactive risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and execution.
• Experience managing a team, including setting KPIs and evaluating performance.

Responsibilities

• Resource allocation strategy for livestream hosts, shoot talents, and affiliate content, aligned to cross-functional needs (BD Studios, Commercial, Production, etc.).
• Implementation of Social project strategies geared toward long-term optimization of Digital Talent and content quality
• New business development proposals and pitches for acquiring talent partnerships
• Day-to-day Digital Talent requests and weekly priorities for sub-teams
• KPIs and team objectives for long-term team scaling and growth
• Optimization and expansion of the Social Digital Talent team
• Final approval on Digital Talent booking agreements, rate negotiations, and affiliate content
• Crisis management to maintain healthy relationships across internal and external parties
• Insighting, research, and analysis of trends and performance in the Digital Talent space
