Job summary

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. is seeking an organized PMO coordinator to align digitalization needs across property sites in Makati.

You will coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to gather requirements and support system rollouts. You will assist in test scenarios, user testing, and work with Business Analysts and Developers on technical concerns, serving as the main contact for system issues and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to IT, Management, or Office Administration.
• With at least 1 year of relevant experience in property management, PMO support, systems implementation, process improvement, or administrative/project coordination roles (preferably in a residential setting).
• Has exposure to coordinating with multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, vendors, internal teams) and supporting system rollouts, user testing, or digitalization initiatives within property operations.
• Possesses strong communication and customer service skills, with experience supporting end-users and handling system or operational concerns.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to gather and align digitalization requirements for property sites.
• Supports system development by helping define test scenarios, conducting user testing, and coordinating with Business Analysts and Developers on technical and design concerns.
• Acts as the main point of contact for system-related issues, user concerns, and provides ongoing administrative support to PMOs.
• Leads system rollout by cascading information, conducting orientations, and training end-users to ensure proper adoption.
• Recommends process improvements through standardization and automation initiatives to improve PMO operations (e.g., billing, collections, requests, announcements).
