Job summary

Innity is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager in the Philippines to drive revenue growth by selling digital advertising and media solutions. You will identify client needs, craft tailored digital strategies, and build strong client relationships.

You will engage clients, develop solutions including Innity's ads, social campaigns, Google campaigns, and influencer marketing, and plan sales strategies with the BU Head. Cross-functional collaboration and performance reporting are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital media sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, programmatic, influencer and content marketing, and search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital advertising solutions.
• Help plan and implement sales strategies with BU Head/Head of Sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth of digital solutions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide insights with data-driven recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Mentor new hires if applicable.
