Job summary

Innity Philippines Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to support the digital solutions team with outreach, proposal creation, and campaign management. You will coordinate with internal squads and clients to ensure smooth communication and effective campaigns.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, drafting cost estimates, tracking proposals, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign milestones. The role is hybrid, based in Makati with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, client-facing roles, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Canva and project management tools (Basecamp).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support outreach and proposal creation to generate leads.
• Attend and shadow Sales Managers during client meetings.
• Document client requests and follow up on inquiries.
• Maintain documentation in Basecamp and email; track deadlines.
• Assist in creating cost estimates, case studies, and research for proposals.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams for influencer campaigns and delivery.
• Ensure timely launch and 100% delivery of campaign KPIs.
