Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a delivery-focused project leader in Manila to drive large, complex development programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate technical roadmaps into executable plans, and ensure on-time delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices.

You will guide backlog grooming, story creation, risk mitigation, and status reporting while aligning with stakeholders and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in software development lifecycle and operations.
• Experience with Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven use of Jira and Confluence for project delivery.
• Experience with CMS platforms like Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, AEM, Adobe Workfront, and Yext.
• History delivering enterprise-scale engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large and intricate development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Assess design complexity and plan development workflows, backlogs and timelines.
• Translate roadmaps and architectures into actionable stories for delivery.
• Maintain Jira backlog and perform ticket estimation and prioritization.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and coordinate with project leadership for alignment.
