Job summary

Code and Theory seeks a Project Manager to lead delivery of large, complex digital initiatives. You will partner with strategists, designers, and developers to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will translate roadmaps into actionable stories, manage backlogs, and run Scrum/Kanban ceremonies using Jira and Confluence. Prior agency experience is a plus and collaboration across global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with CMS platforms Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, AEM.
• Agency/service delivery background is a plus.
