Job summary

This will be Work On Site in Shaw, Mandaluyong and on a Night Shift

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functions. Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to optimize business performance.
• Conduct thorough marketplace research to track trends and competitor activities. Analyze market data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their analytics needs and support them with customized reports and insights. Assist in integrating market research findings into business strategies.
• Manage marketplace accounts & relationships

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics) and understanding of database management. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
