Pearl Talent is seeking a skilled content writer to own the founders' LinkedIn presence end to end, craft authentic narratives, and drive PR and video storytelling. You’ll interview teammates, shape stories, and publish with a human voice.

This fully remote role requires US founder voice proficiency and a track record of engaging B2B audiences. Within 90 days you’ll establish a regular posting cadence; within a year you’ll ship a PR or video storyline and create newsletters that feel authentic,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B ghostwriting, copywriting, or content marketing.
• Portfolio with published samples across social, website, ads, or storytelling.
• Published LinkedIn ghostwriting under a founder's name with measurable engagement.
• Experience running interviews and turning them into stories, scripts, or case studies.
• C2 English (CEFR) for publish-ready writing in a native US founder voice.

We're 3x founders who've bootstrapped our company to a couple million in ARR and are adding six to seven figures in net new annualized revenue each month. Our clients span venture-backed tech and healthcare, including fast-growing startups and US-based businesses that have raised over $3B in funding from Sequoia, a16z, Founders Fund, Y Combinator, and other top VC firms.

Today we're roughly 60 people managing a few hundred talents, and we're growing fast into new verticals. We started Pearl because we believe that even though opportunity isn't created equal in the world, ambitious talent is. Our goal is to scale Pearl to $100M in ARR, bootstrapped, by placing 2,777 operators into top startups in the next 3 years.

Location: Fully remote, open to candidates anywhere. Core hours overlap with 9 AM-5 PM EST.

Role Overview:

This role owns both co-founders' LinkedIn accounts end to end, from ideation and founder interviews to drafting, editing, and publishing. It also covers PR and video storytelling, long-form content such as case studies and newsletters, and the content calendar across channels. Within 90 days, the founders' LinkedIn runs through this role, posts go out on a consistent schedule, and the founders make light edits instead of rewriting. Within the first year, success means at least one shipped PR or video storyline, and founder posts that readers recognize as authentic rather than AI-generated.

What You'll Own

• Own Monty's and Isaac's LinkedIn accounts end to end: ideation, founder interviews, drafting, editing, and publishing
• Capture each founder's authentic voice, opinions, and experiences well enough that people who know them can't tell someone else wrote it
• Write hooks and endings that earn attention without clickbait, broetry, or AI clichés

2.Storytelling, PR & Scriptwriting

• Write storylines and scripts for PR initiatives and video. For example, you might interview a Pearl teammate in Egypt about how remote work changed her life, then shape it into a documentary-style story
• Interview candidates, clients, and team members, and turn their experiences into narratives that make people care about Pearl's mission
• Produce long-form content such as articles, case studies, and newsletters when the story deserves more than a post

3.Content Operating Rhythm

• Run the content calendar across channels, and coordinate reviews and approvals with the founders and the growth team without them having to chase you
• Track what resonates, including engagement, audience growth, and inbound, and use it to sharpen topics and formats
• Use AI tools for research, outlining, and speed. The final draft is always yours, and it always sounds human

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in B2B ghostwriting (founder or company POV), copywriting, or content marketing
• Portfolio with published samples in at least 3 of these areas: social copy, website copy, paid ads copy, sales talk tracks, founder or brand storytelling
• Published LinkedIn ghostwriting under a founder's or executive's name, with engagement or audience-growth resultsConversion copy samples (hooks, headlines, CTAs) with measurable results such as CTR, engagement rate, or conversion rate
• Experience running interviews and turning them into stories, scripts, or case studies
• C2 English (CEFR) for publish-ready writing in a native US founder voice

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with social scheduling and content calendar tools (Taplio, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, or equivalent)
• Startup or B2B SaaS content experience, including work within brand systems or a content strategy
• SEO for website copy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and search-intent writing
• Video script or documentary-style storyline writing
