You will audit client accounts, translate interviews and company updates into compelling LinkedIn content, and stay ahead of trends.

We’re looking for a LinkedIn Content Strategist who already knows how to make content perform on LinkedIn.

This is not a role for someone who is simply a strong writer or wants to learn LinkedIn strategy.

We’re looking for someone who has repeatedly created high-performing LinkedIn content, understands why certain posts take off, and has the judgment to consistently identify strong ideas, angles, hooks, and formats.

You should be deeply dialed into LinkedIn—what works, what doesn't, how the platform is evolving, and what separates a post that gets ignored from one that reaches hundreds of thousands or millions of people.

What you’ll do:

• Own LinkedIn content strategy for founders, executives, startups, and VCs
• Develop content strategies designed to drive reach, engagement, authority, and demand
• Identify high-potential ideas, stories, hooks, formats, and angles before they become posts
• Analyze performance and use data to continuously improve content strategy
• Audit client accounts to understand what is working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities are
• Develop research docs and hyper-specific interview questions to uncover great stories and insights from clients
• Turn interviews, company updates, industry news, and founder experiences into compelling LinkedIn content
• Create simple supporting graphics using Canva or Figma when needed
• Communicate directly with clients via Slack and be highly responsive
• Stay obsessively current on LinkedIn trends, formats, creators, algorithm changes, and emerging content patterns

• A proven track record of repeatedly creating LinkedIn posts that have gone viral or significantly outperformed baseline
• Deep understanding of the LinkedIn platform and its content ecosystem
• Strong instincts around hooks, storytelling, positioning, formatting, distribution, and shareability
• The ability to look at a mediocre idea and find the version of it people will actually care about
• Experience developing content strategies—not just executing briefs
• Exceptional writing and editing ability
