Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact content across digital channels, with a strong focus on copywriting and performance marketing. You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to execution and optimization—ensuring all outputs align with brand voice and business objectives.

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring collaboration with marketing, leadership, and creative teams while also operating independently to deliver results. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital presence and driving engagement, conversions, and brand authority. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to create compelling, conversion-driven content.

Your Impact

You will improve content efficiency and scalability by leveraging AI tools and automation, enabling faster execution without compromising quality. • Content Strategy & Copywriting – 40%
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives
• Write high-performing copy for social media, website pages, and PR initiatives
• Craft compelling hooks, headlines, and CTAs optimized per platform
• Ensure all content is persuasive, engaging, and conversion-focused

• Content Planning & Execution – 25%
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across platforms
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals for timely publishing
• Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all outputs
• Oversee execution of scheduled content and campaigns

• Performance Tracking & Optimization – 15%
• Monitor content performance metrics and audience engagement
• Analyze insights to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
• Identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and experimentation

• Cross-functional Collaboration & Team Support – 10%
• Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders on campaigns
• Support internal and external marketing initiatives
• Provide direction and feedback to junior team members or interns

• Automation & AI Integration – 10%
• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and workflows
• Build and implement automation processes for marketing efficiency
• Continuously explore tools to enhance productivity and scalability

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing social media and website copy
• Exceptional written English skills with strong attention to tone and grammar
• Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy (headlines, hooks, CTAs)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
