Job description

The role of the Digital Marketing Specialist involves creating, maintaining, and updating a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, product videos, and promotional advertisements. It also includes developing advertising strategies, both above-the-line and below-the-line, to support sales goals, and managing digital advertising efforts across platforms like the company website and social media. Ensuring compliance with branding standards set by ARCHION and Sojitz is key, along with overseeing reporting requirements and ad-hoc tasks. Additionally, the position involves organizing and managing the inventory of marketing materials, assisting in the documentation and updates of materials, and providing support for event planning and coordination to enhance company promotions and dealer activities.

Digital Marketing Specialist will be in-charge of the following:

• Maintaining and Developing Marketing Materials: Responsible for updating existing marketing materials and creating new ones as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, brochures, sales manuals, corporate profiles, product videos, walk-around materials, promotional advertisements, and related communication materials.
• Creating Advertising Strategies: Develop effective advertising strategies—both above-the-line and below-the-line—to support sales objectives. This includes promotional events, dealer activities, and SFP events.
• Managing Digital Advertising and Online Presence: Oversee SFP’s digital advertising efforts, as well as the management of the official SFP website and social networking sites (SNS).
• Ensuring Compliance with Branding Standards: Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with the branding standards of ARCHION and Sojitz.
• Managing Reporting Requirements and Ad-Hoc Activities: Oversee and generate all required reports and documentation related to marketing activities.

Administrative

• Organizing and Managing Marketing Collateral Inventory: Manage and organize the inventory of marketing materials.
• Documenting, Monitoring, and Updating Marketing Materials: Assist with documenting, monitoring, and updating marketing materials and related forms.
• Assisting with Event Planning and Coordination: Provide support for event planning, coordination, and various operational tasks for the company and dealers.

Qualifications

• Has at least 1-2 years’ experience in automotive industry gained thru dealership/manufacturing/distributorship
