Job Description

The Mid-to-Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will independently coordinate and execute marketing campaigns while creating polished visual assets that stay true to the brand. The role combines campaign operations, graphic design, brand adaptation, and performance reporting. It is suited to a well-rounded marketer who can take a brief from planning through delivery, produce strong creative work, and keep multiple stakeholders and timelines organized.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Coordinate campaign timelines, calendars, and cross-functional handoffs from brief through launch.
• Set up and execute marketing activities across the channels used by the team, keeping campaign details and assets organized.
• Maintain marketing workflows, campaign records, and documentation, ensuring information is accurate and current.

Graphic Design and Brand Adaptation

• Create high-quality marketing graphics and visual assets for campaign and channel needs.
• Adapt existing brand guidelines and design systems across formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Prepare and refine creative assets based on briefs and feedback, checking them for accuracy and quality before delivery.

Reporting and Improvement

• Track campaign performance and prepare clear, recurring reports using relevant metrics.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve campaign execution, creative effectiveness, and marketing workflows.

Qualifications

Familiarity with relevant tools; experience with every platform listed is not expected:

• Design: Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud, such as Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma is a plus.
• Project management: ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
• CRM and email marketing: HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
• Social and analytics: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite; Google Analytics and Looker Studio are a plus.
