Job summary
Ryan LLC in Manila is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day digital marketing operations for the local team while remaining hands-on across core workflows. The role includes people management, workload coordination, quality oversight, issue triage, and documentation across Ryan.com, marketing automation, and related platforms.
The Manager will align the Manila team with Digital Experience, Platforms, Performance, SEO & Paid Media, and Marketing Automation, Lead Flow & Journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in enterprise website management, marketing automation, or related disciplines.
- Experience with multilingual/global websites and multi-region digital marketing programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Manila-based Digital Marketing team, including workload allocation, coaching, and performance management.
- Provide hands-on production support during peak demand and off-hours as needed.
- Partner with Digital Marketing leadership to prioritize, deliver to standards, and meet service levels.
- Monitor team capacity, project status, dependencies, deadlines, risks, and support needs.
- Ensure continuity across responsibilities performed by direct reports.
