Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day digital marketing operations for the Manila team and contribute as a hands-on producer across content, campaigns, QA, and related platforms.

The role includes people management, workload coordination, and ensuring alignment with global Digital Experience, Platforms, SEO, and Marketing Automation functions. As one of the first Manila-based digital marketing hires, you will balance direct execution with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise website management, marketing automation, digital marketing tech, or related disciplines.
• Experience in professional services firms (Tax, Accounting, Financial Services, Legal, or Consulting) preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise, multilingual, global websites and multi-region digital marketing programs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manila-based Digital Marketing team, including workload allocation, coaching, performance management, and development planning.
• Serve as primary Manila-based management contact during U.S. off-hours, ensuring operational continuity.
• Publish, update, and maintain website content using Contentful CMS across Ryan’s global properties.
• Configure, execute, and optimize marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Account Engagement and Pardot.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve digital marketing operations through automation, standardization, and AI-enabled tools.
