Sales & Client Relations (B2B)

• Respond to online inquiries from business clients needing staffing, janitorial, or administrative personnel.
• Follow up on digital leads via email, chat, or phone calls.
• Present manpower proposals, service contracts, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Maintain a database of client accounts and relationship logs.

Talent Sourcing Support (B2C)

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to promote urgent or high-volume job openings online.
• Screen initial online inquiries and applications from job seekers.
