About the role

BestOption Management Consultants Inc is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing and communications team in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch or develop your career in digital and search marketing. As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, manage online platforms, and contribute to the development of our digital marketing strategy. You will work collaboratively with experienced marketing professionals to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital channels.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines

• Support the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms and company websites

• Manage social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics

• Conduct keyword research and assist with search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management

• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using relevant analytics tools

• Support the development of digital marketing materials, including graphics, email templates, and landing pages

• Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform digital marketing strategies

• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and improvement

• Help maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

What we’re looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar tools

• Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work

• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) or graphic design tools such as Canva is advantageous

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and basic HTML is a plus
