LexisNexis is seeking a Marketing Operations professional to oversee campaign administration and cross-functional tasks. You will manage multiple websites and portals, update materials for visibility, and leverage Pardot, SalesPro, and Widen to optimize performance.

You will generate reports, create newsletters, and support US operations during a graveyard shift from the Philippines. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Detail oriented and willing to support US Marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Oracle Fusion, Invoice look-up, Citibank site, SalesPro, Widen, MDC, Smart Sheet, GCRM, and Community).

Responsabilidades

• Handle full scope of administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns.
• Manage websites and online portals with the ability to edit, post and launch.
• Track and update campaign materials for team visibility.
• Provide timely reports to track campaign stats.
• Create and send email newsletters using Pardot and SalesPro.
• Create, update and optimize Pardot landing pages.
• Promote webinars and events on all platforms.
• Coordinate with teams to execute campaigns effectively.
