Job summary

RELX INC in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Campaign Administrator to manage the full scope of marketing campaign admin tasks, including website/portal management, material tracking, and reporting. You will use Pardot, SalesPro, Widen, and Smartsheet to boost visibility and engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and stakeholder management. Expect collaboration across US/PH teams and graveyard shift support from PH time.

Responsibilities

• Handle full scope of administrative tasks for marketing campaigns.
• Manage websites and online portals, edit, post and launch content.
• Track and update campaign materials for visibility (Seismic, Widen, Monday.com).
• Leverage tools to boost campaign visibility (Testimonial Tool, etc.).
• Provide timely reports on campaign stats (Pardot, SalesPro).
• Create and send email newsletters (SalesPro, Pardot, InfoPro).
• Expand email marketing responsibilities, including Engagement Studio programs.
• Create, update and optimize Pardot landing pages.
• Promote webinars and events on all platforms.
• Form surveys to gather data (Smartsheet, Survey Monkey).
• Allocate promotional items and generate internal hyperlinks.
• Keep track of financial documents (budget reports, accruals).
• Assist with special assignments to support campaigns.
• Demonstrate light design skills for PDFs/images.
• Submit Sales Line blurbs to support messaging.
• Coordinate with teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Accountability

• Handle the full scope of administrative tasks related to all marketing campaigns
• Manage different websites and online portals with the ability to edit, post and launch (i.e. Law School Portal, Faculty Portal, Webinar Training Page, InfoPro Page, SalesLine, etc.)
• Track and update campaign materials for the team’s visibility (i.e. Seismic, Widen, Monday.com, etc.)
• Leverage existing and new tools to boost campaign visibility (i.e. Testimonial Tool, etc.)
• Provide timely reports to track campaign stats (i.e. Pardot, SalesPro, etc.)
• Create and send email newsletters (i.e. SalesPro and Pardot, InfoPro)
• Expands email marketing responsibilities, including Engagement Studio programs

• Formulate surveys and questions to gather data from internal team and customers (i.e. Smartsheet, Survey Monkey, etc.)

• Keep track of financial documents (i.e. Monthly Budget Report Collation, Monthly Accrual, etc.)
• Execute special assignments to support any marketing campaigns
• Demonstrates light design skills, including PDF and image editing, to support campaign and project needs.
• Submits Sales Line Blurbs to support aligned campaign messaging.
• Coordinate with different teams to execute the campaign effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Detail oriented and willing to support US Marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (Oracle Fusion, Invoice look-up, Citibank site, SalesPro, Widen, MDC, Smart Sheet, GCRM, and Community)
• Able to do basic creative request (PDF edits and design) for campaign edits
