You will establish PSG University, advance AI-powered learning, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance onboarding, leadership development, and capability building across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OD/HR/Business/Psychology or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global learning strategy and PSG University initiatives across geographies.
• Own employee lifecycle learning: onboarding, development, certifications, and performance support.
• Design leadership and organizational development programs to strengthen succession and talent pipelines.
• Champion AI-enabled learning, digital ecosystems, and data-driven learning improvements.
• Build scalable capability frameworks to support rapid entry into new markets and growth.
