Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Manila invites an experienced eLearning Designer and Developer to join a 6-month project. You will extract and rebuild course content, develop quizzes, migrate modules to Articulate Rise, and ensure branding and accessibility compliance.

The role requires a Fine Arts or Digital Media degree, 2+ years in eLearning, strong English, and the ability to work on a mid-shift schedule 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM in a hybrid setup at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Digital Media or similar design field.
Minimum 2 years in eLearning design/development, graphics or video.
Proficiency in eLearning tools, preferably Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and Adobe CC.

Responsibilities

Extract, organize, and prepare course content from learning platforms and resources.
Rebuild eLearning modules using Articulate Rise with accurate migration and quality adherence.
Recreate navigation, learner pathways, and learning flow for usability.
Develop quizzes, assessments, and interactive components aligned to objectives.
Update visuals to branding and accessibility standards.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Senior Developers on storyboards and requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
