Job summary

Unilever is seeking a Digital Factory Deploy Engineer in Manila to own development and deployment of site-specific applications, and to oversee both on-premises and cloud databases. You will lead pilot projects, ensure data integrity, and build site capability for long-term digital adoption.

The role requires collaboration with IT, Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Quality teams, with a focus on OTIF delivery and knowledge transfer to site teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle) and cloud services (Azure, AWS) is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy applications that address site operational needs.
• Lead the deployment of Unilever Masterapps, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Validate application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Manage on-premises and cloud-based databases, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
• Lead digital pilot projects and ensure OTIF delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training for E&I Technicians and OSOs; enable knowledge transfer.
